Becca is incredible – she is a savant in the field of eldercare. I have worked with some very competent and capable individuals during my career in Fortune 100/500 companies and cannot recall anyone as competent and capable in their job as Becca. We knew for some time that our mom, who’s a quadriplegic would need to be moved from her home to some sort of care 24/7. However, she’s young and a nursing home wasn’t the right fit. Finding any help in navigating the search and getting answers to questions we knew to ask, was hard and found out that we needed to ask a lot more questions. Then we were connected with Jonathan and our bleak view turned around. Jonathan took a lot of time to ask us questions, get to know our mom and her needs and then went to work calling around. He came back with a lot of helpful information. Not only that, he met with us at potential locations and paved the way with the staff to come in and tour and get all the information we needed to make decisions. We have found a home for our mom that we are not only sure will meet her needs but is a good fit for the long term and will help her thrive. Jonathan was so kind, treated our mom with dignity and respect. He interacted with us in a timely manner and was accommodating. He’s truly great at his job and will do his best for you!

Twin Cities Care met and exceeded our expectations during a difficult time of finding the right place for our mother. Jonathan was so knowledgeable and also extremely caring as he wanted to know so much about her; in order to find a place where she would thrive and feel at home. I am so grateful for the connection to Becca Myslivecek at Twin Cities Care. She found the PERFECT assisted Living Home in Plymouth for my brother (who has brain cancer). There is no possible way we would have found a high quality home like we did without Becca! She was wonderful, and pulling for us throughout the entire process. Becca was so helpful, knowledgeable and caring from first initial contact, the virtual tour (because of Covid), move in day, to the follow up check-in’s to make sure my brother and our family were satisfied with his care, and home. I can not say enough good things about Lisa Pihlstrom from Twin Cities Care. Lisa showed extreme care, kindness and compassion in helping my elderly dad move from a Rehab nursing home to his new residence at [facility name redacted] into hospice care. She was involved from the conference call, giving advice and her opinions. There were many restrictions due to Covid 19 but she offered to pick him up and transport him to [facility name redacted] so he was not strapped in an ambulance. Lisa suggested that we facetime with me using her phone when they arrived. Lisa even had a practice facetime call with me to avoid any tech problems. My dad a I got to see and speak with each other and for that I will be forever grateful to Lisa. Obviously I highly recommend Lisa and Twin Cities Care if your family is in a situation. The president of Twin Cities Care, Jonathan Rosenberg, worked with me through a series of challenges to get my spouse placed in an appropriate home environment. He worked through these many obstacles, and remained very optimistic and positive. My wife passed away after only about 90 days from her Parkinson’s, but I know she also was very grateful to Jonathan and his staff for all their perseverance & support. I can’t say enough about these folks. Just the best!

Becca from Twin Cities Care was wonderful. We had a very short amount of time to find an assisted living facility for my mom and we would have been lost without Becca’s help. She listened to us, asked thoughtful questions about my mom, and found good options for her. I highly recommend this service. I wanted to take this opportunity to express our extreme gratitude for the amazing guidance and assistance we received from Becca Myslivecek.

For the past year Becca has given us information, guidance, support and encouragement while we cared for my aunt and uncle, Helen and Verne. We began the process just wanting to have them look at assisted living options. Very quickly the direction changed with hospitalization, rehab, and finally the death of my uncle in July. We then needed more extensive care physically & mentally for my aunt who was now living on her own.

Becca kept in constant contact with us. She searched for the best possible options for us….options that we never would have found on our own. We moved her to [facility name redacted] in September. It was an amazing place, but she ended up needing different kinds of care in a smaller setting. Again Becca began the search for a good fit for Helen. This was especially tricky now due to limited finances.

We were able to move her to [facility name redacted] at the end of December. It has been an answer to prayer. They are loving and caring. She is getting very specialized attention. They are allowing her to go on Elderly Waiver when needed even though she will only be there a short time.

We could not have imagined this process without Becca. Her expertise, true concern for my aunt, and compassion were amazing. Her phone calls and texts always kept us in the loop of what was going on and what we needed to do. I have referred 2 people to check out Twin Cities Care and to call Becca.

I hope you know what a treasure you have in Becca. We feel so thankful for her love and care for us.
