I wish I had known about this company before my family and I spent an enormous amount of time researching and touring assisted living facilities. They know all about all of the facilities in the twin cities including availability so that you don’t waste your time looking at places with a 2 month wait list. The company is paid by the facility not by the customer (sort of like real estate).

By the time I connected with Jonathan (owner and founder) my family has found a place we liked. Even though we found it on our own and his company would not be paid for locating it, Jonathan called me on a holiday weekend and graciously agreed that we had chosen a good facility and suggested a couple of other facilities that might also be good fits.

If he was willing to do all of this on a holiday weekend with little prospect of being paid, I can only imagine how good it would have been to start our search with Jonathan and Twin Cities Care.

When our mother needed to move into Assisted Living with less than a week to spare, I searched for a local advisor (instead of a national one) to assist us. We were fortunate to work with Diana Jorgensen, who was an absolute godsend. She was empathetic, knowledgable and provided expert guidance based on our (very) specific needs with an impossibly short time window. Not only did she find the perfect place for my mother, she provided packing and moving resources that we didn’t even know existed! Their services are free of charge and I highly recommend them to anyone needing help placing a loved one in Assisted Living.

Finding a home for someone you love is really hard. So many places say one thing and you find out later that they don’t actually do any of the things they say and your loved one suffers because of it. Christine from Twin Cities care was so helpful in knowing what places actually do what they say, and finding a place that suits each individual’s needs. This company is a gift from God. I was in a desperate situation when my 96 year old Mother fell and broke her hip, after release from the hospital, her former care center was unable to meet her needs. The rehab place she was sent following her surgery was horrible! I was so lost and confused when finally a friend recommended Twin Cities Care. I contacted them and they immediately worked with me to find a beautiful facility and a beyond satisfactory living place for Mom. I am so very grateful to Jonathan for his superb support and immediate help!

Twin Cities Care was instrumental in helping us find an assisted living facility for a loved one. I am an RN and live outside of Minesota, so having someone who lives in the community where my loved one resides and who has personally toured and worked with these facilities was incredibly valuable. Our mom had a stroke in November and after multiple hospital visits and TCU rehabilitation we needed to find a safe, clean loving place for her to call home. Christine from Twin Cities Care was with us every step of the way. She took so much off our plates so we could focus on our mom. We went on multiple visits to different care facilities, Christine set up all the appointments and went along with us. She guided us in what questions to ask and gave us her opinion on some of the places. We found a place and our mom has been there 2 weeks now and slowly adjusting to her new home.
