Lisa is an experienced eldercare advisor specializing in Assisted Living and Memory Care in Minneapolis and the surrounding metro area.
I have a passion for working with seniors and their families to find the best care. It’s a role that fills my heart with gratitude and a profound sense of connection, making me feel like I’m part of something bigger. Prior to joining Twin Cities Care, Lisa worked as a behavioral health care manager for a physician group, working with seniors in assisted living facilities experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, and behaviors associated with dementia diagnoses. Prior to that, Lisa worked as a director of a large non-profit assisted living community that included care suites and memory care. She provided leadership of multiple departments in the Assisted Living and strived for quality care in all areas.
Lisa has both her Nursing Home Administrator license and her Assisted Living Director license. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and is well-versed in the complex care needs and considerations when working with individuals with various cognitive impairments. Lisa has a broad experience of working with diverse populations of different cultural and economic backgrounds.
Lisa was born and raised in the South Metro and currently lives in Eagan with her husband and two young daughters. She also has a 13 year old Maltese/Yorkie dog named Scooter. She enjoys spending time with her family doing activities such as going to parks, outdoor activities, and crafts. She and her husband also spend time completing home projects. She has previously enjoyed traveling internationally and learning about other cultures.
