Hi Jonathan. I really want you to know how appreciative I am, my family is, with how you handled the zoom, so very respectful. I was surprised mom was on the call with us, she put up a good front but is quite a bit further down the road with dementia than she let on. My guess is you saw through that. Your heart and expertise and the way you gently guided the conversation was a wonder to behold.

Just wanted to extend my thanks to you for finding a placement for Dad. Sadly, Dad passed away on ******. Although this sudden decline was difficult for all of us, it was a bright light in our life to have Dad at ****** for his passing. Your integral part in this mission is so appreciated. Dad had wanted to die “at home” and ****** provided that for him. You are completely accurate in your description of ****** being a loving and kind place. I only wish Dad would have been able to go to ****** sooner.

Twin Cities Care helped me find a memory care facility for my dad, they were recommended by my dad’s social worker. I worked with Jonathan and he was so compassionate, so professional, and so knowledgeable about all the options available to my dad. I had to do this from across the country and it was such a blessing to have Jonathan’s help. He made an incredibly stressful situation much more manageable. So grateful.

I wish I had known about this company before my family and I spent an enormous amount of time researching and touring assisted living facilities. They know all about all of the facilities in the twin cities including availability so that you don’t waste your time looking at places with a 2 month wait list. The company is paid by the facility not by the customer (sort of like real estate).

By the time I connected with Jonathan (owner and founder) my family has found a place we liked. Even though we found it on our own and his company would not be paid for locating it, Jonathan called me on a holiday weekend and graciously agreed that we had chosen a good facility and suggested a couple of other facilities that might also be good fits.

If he was willing to do all of this on a holiday weekend with little prospect of being paid, I can only imagine how good it would have been to start our search with Jonathan and Twin Cities Care.

We knew for some time that our mom, who’s a quadriplegic would need to be moved from her home to some sort of care 24/7. However, she’s young and a nursing home wasn’t the right fit. Finding any help in navigating the search and getting answers to questions we knew to ask, was hard and found out that we needed to ask a lot more questions. Then we were connected with Jonathan and our bleak view turned around. Jonathan took a lot of time to ask us questions, get to know our mom and her needs and then went to work calling around. He came back with a lot of helpful information. Not only that, he met with us at potential locations and paved the way with the staff to come in and tour and get all the information we needed to make decisions. We have found a home for our mom that we are not only sure will meet her needs but is a good fit for the long term and will help her thrive. Jonathan was so kind, treated our mom with dignity and respect. He interacted with us in a timely manner and was accommodating. He’s truly great at his job and will do his best for you!

Twin Cities Care met and exceeded our expectations during a difficult time of finding the right place for our mother. Jonathan was so knowledgeable and also extremely caring as he wanted to know so much about her; in order to find a place where she would thrive and feel at home. We are so grateful for his attentiveness to her needs and also to our concerns as a family. We did not have to go through this challenging time alone and will always be grateful for the hard work, constant communication, and compassion shown to us through Jonathan.

The president of Twin Cities Care, Jonathan Rosenberg, worked with me through a series of challenges to get my spouse placed in an appropriate home environment. He worked through these many obstacles, and remained very optimistic and positive. My wife passed away after only about 90 days from her Parkinson’s, but I know she also was very grateful to Jonathan and his staff for all their perseverance & support. I can’t say enough about these folks. Just the best!

Twin Cities Care is incredible! Jonathan is a great listener and a sensitive, knowledgeable community service for families needing his wide-spread connections and endless resourcefulness. I live out of state and was very worried that needed to learn more about assisted living residences, to help my parents with some difficult decisions. Jonathan made us feel right at home and gave us a concierge experience from the very first phone conversation, attending many residence visits and following up with emails and calls to see how we were doing with things. He even visited my mom for several hours on move-in day! I feel incredibly lucky to have found Jonathan from Twin Cities Care. He has been a blessing during a very stressful time. My parents live in MN, and my dad has late stage Parkinson’s. I am in San Francisco, which makes it very difficult for me to find assistance for my parents from so far away. It is overwhelming to navigate senior housing options, how to deal with my parents assets, the right legal documents, etc. Jonathan was a wealth of information in all of these things. He is very familiar with assisted living homes in the Twin Cities area and was able to recommend several places for my dad. He had referrals for everything, and was always compassionate and helpful. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable about assisted living options and all details that go along with care for the elderly. He is truly passionate about helping people, and he is very good at smoothing out the way toward this phase of life. We were lucky to find him. Even after our own considerable and thorough research, Jonathan provided a wealth of information and shared with us options we did not know were available. In my experience Twin Cities Care was the best choice I could have ever made. I worked with Jonathan to help my parents move into senior living in less than a month! He was nothing but caring, helpful, encouraging, motivating, and knowledgeable through my whole experience with him. Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for checking in on us. My mother LOVES her new place! We all couldn’t be happier with every aspect of it. The space, the people, the environment, the location. My mother said it looks like something in a magazine.

You’ll have to come over sometime and see how we decorated it and meet the folks. My father arrives tomorrow, God willing.
