Jennifer is an experienced eldercare advisor and licensed social worker specializing in Assisted Living and Memory Care in St. Paul and the surrounding metro area.
My work with seniors is truly where I am supposed to be in my life. I love seeing the family’s reaction after our first consultation – it’s a joy to watch them breathe a sigh of relief knowing that there is light at the end of the tunnel!Jennifer is a Licensed Social Worker and a certified Dementia Specialist (Crisis Prevention Institute’s Dementia Capable Care program), and she’s been a Care Manager with Twin Cities Care since 2019. Prior to joining Twin Cities Care, Jennifer managed marketing and admissions at a local Assisted Living community providing traditional assisted living, as well as memory care services. Previously, she held a variety of social work positions in the healthcare industry, from Housing Counselor to Director of Social Services.
Jennifer splits her time between St. Paul and Eden Prairie where she lives with her husband and their beautiful blended family of five children ranging in age from middle school to college. She enjoys traveling, biking and spending time with family and friends.
