Karli is an experienced eldercare advisor specializing in Assisted Living and Memory Care in Minneapolis and the surrounding metro area. Prior to joining Twin Cities Care, Karli worked as a manager of a memory care community, ensuring quality, person-centered care for those with dementia, and helping support families through their loved ones journey.
I know that one of the hardest things is to be told that you, or your loved one, is no longer safe to live at home. I see helping seniors as a PRIVILEGE and I work hard to understand medical, social and emotional needs of my clients.Karli is a Certified Dementia Care Specialist and Facilitator (CPI), a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (NCTRC), a member of Society of Aging and Gerontological Environments (SAGE), and she is currently serving as the young professional ambassador for FGI Guidelines 2026, helping ensure that new and renovated environments meet the needs of residents.
Karli grew up in Milwaukee and as a result is a big Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Bucks fan. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and playing table games with family and friends. She currently lives in Golden Valley with her fiancé and her dog Olive. Most recently, Karli had the opportunity to travel to Amsterdam, Netherlands for a study visit of the world-renowned Dementia Village!
